BabySea is the execution layer in front of inference providers for generative media. It standardizes generative media into a unified API and schema, abstracting away model and provider differences, translating requests, and routing execution with built-in failover. Developers integrate once, and can switch, combine, or upgrade models without changing their code.

Hey everyone 👋
I built BabySea after hitting what turned out to be the hardest part of building AI apps:
Even for the same capability, every model and every provider exposes a different interface.
I ended up writing adapters for everything.
It didn’t scale.
So I built BabySea.
One API
One schema
Automatic failover across providers
BabySea sits in front of providers and handles execution:
routes requests across providers
handles retries and failures
normalizes request/response
tracks cost and performance
If you're building with AI image/video models, I’d love your feedback 🙌
Happy to answer anything!
