I built NutriBlend alone, between patient consultations, over 2 years. No co-founder. No developer. No designer. Here is the moment that started everything. A patient walked in holding a diet plan she made on ChatGPT. She looked at me and asked — "What do you offer that this doesn't?" I had no good answer that day. That question hurt. And it motivated everything. The feature I am most proud of is the Client Enrollment System. When a client sees their own words reflected back as a clinical program — they don't ask WHY to pay. They ask WHERE. No other nutrition platform in India — or anywhere — has built this.
