Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Manville, founder of The Story of Ramen in San Francisco. While running ramen cooking classes, I noticed something frustrating: we received the same customer questions again and again — things like pricing, dietary restrictions, private events, and scheduling. Answering them was important, but it also took a lot of time every day. So I started building HelloManny — an AI assistant that can automatically answer common customer questions for small businesses. The goal wasn’t to replace human support, but to help small teams respond quickly without spending hours on repetitive emails. HelloManny connects to a business’s existing email or chatbot, learns from their website and FAQs, and begins helping respond to inquiries. During development, the biggest challenge was making the responses actually useful and trustworthy. Early versions were too generic, so we focused on grounding replies in real business information instead of just generating answers.
