When a customer reports an issue, you often have to jump between Stripe, PostHog, internal logs, and support tools just to understand what happened. That means too much guessing, too much context switching, and slower replies to customers. Evidio is my attempt to make support investigations evidence-first. It pulls the relevant customer context into one place, builds a timeline of what happened, helps surface likely root causes, and drafts a reply your team can refine and send.
