Hi everyone 👋 I built **Overthinker Companion** during a phase when my mind simply wouldn’t slow down. Like many people, I tend to overthink — replaying conversations, worrying about the future, and feeling mentally exhausted by constant thoughts. During a difficult period in my life, I realized how hard it can be to quiet the mind, and I wanted to create something simple that could help. Overthinker Companion is a small digital space designed for people whose minds never stop running. It combines a few gentle tools like journaling, guided reset exercises, mind-detox prompts, mood tracking, and reflective insights to help bring a little calm into everyday thinking. This is a very early version, and I’m building it independently. My goal is to keep improving it based on real feedback from people who relate to overthinking.
