I'm Rodrigo, the creator of Orbit-Core.
After 24 years working with open-source monitoring systems (Nagios, Wazuh, IDS tools, network devices, and many others), I kept seeing the same problem everywhere:
Every infrastructure team runs multiple monitoring tools — and none of them speak the same language.
Logs, alerts, and metrics are scattered across dashboards.
Correlation is manual.
Integration usually requires custom scripts or plugins.
So I decided to build something different.
Orbit-Core is an open-source platform that unifies observability data from any system using AI-generated connectors.
Instead of writing integration code, you can simply:
• Paste a JSON payload from your system
• Let the AI generate the connector specification
• Start ingesting normalized events immediately
Orbit-Core then converts everything into a standard event and metrics model, making it possible to correlate alerts across completely different tools.
It works with security and monitoring systems like:
Nagios
Wazuh
Firewalls
IDS systems
Automation tools (n8n)
or any custom data source
And because it’s open-source, anyone can extend it.
The goal is simple:
