Cogno

AI workspace that works while you don't

Cogno is an AI workspace that acts autonomously—no prompts needed. Unlike tools waiting for commands, Cogno proactively sends notifications, manages team tracking, and delivers completed tasks. See everyone's progress at a glance while AI handles coordination. Stop micromanaging AI. Let it work like a real team member.

What do you think? …

Yusei Moriwaki
Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Yusei, the maker of Cogno. I’ve always felt something was off about how we interact with AI today. In most tools, humans have to initiate everything — we prompt, ask, manage, and decide. That makes humans the bottleneck. I believe AI should observe situations, make autonomous judgments, and manage work proactively. Only when AI acts before human intervention — only when AI has its own starting point — can both human potential and AI capability be fully unlocked. That’s the idea behind Cogno. ⸻ Where we’re heading Going forward, we plan to connect Cogno with apps like calendars, GitHub, healthcare data, and meeting notes — so AI can act as the starting point across many parts of life and work. For example: • Share team context automatically • Report when progress is slowing down • Suggest restaurants your meeting partner might like, based on calendar context • Draft meeting materials before meetings happen • Check traffic and weather, then notify you when it’s time to leave • Find sales leads on its own • Encourage exercise when health signals (like high blood pressure) appear • Turn buried meeting notes into actionable reminders Not because you asked — but because AI noticed first. ⸻ We want to build a new world where many apps move from human-initiated to AI-initiated. If this resonates with you, I’d love for you to try Cogno and share your thoughts

Congrats! If there's no prompts needed, what input information does AI use to guide?

Great question!

Instead of prompts, Cogno reads existing context —

group chats between people, manuals like “who needs to do what by when,”

and turns that into tasks automatically.

AI understands timing and ownership, then proactively manages and follows up with reminders.

Once we connect calendars, meeting notes, or even GitHub,

it becomes even more powerful — it starts managing real work, not just responding.

Don't you think it would be interesting if apps like healthcare or calendars were driven by AI from the ground up?

Happy Birthday, Cogno!!

What exactly can this app do for users??
