DocEndorse AI Agent For Slack

Autonomous AI for smarter e-signatures.

DocEndorse is an AI-powered e-signature assistant for Slack. Send, prepare, track, and follow up on documents using natural language instead of forms and drag-and-drop. Start signature requests in DMs or by mentioning recipients in channels. The AI detects fields, assigns roles, sends requests, and automatically follows up with real-time status updates.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 DocEndorse started from a very real frustration: every e-signature tool promised "simple," yet still required a surprising amount of manual work, uploading files, placing fields, assigning roles, writing follow-ups, and constantly checking who had signed. The process was even more fragmented when teams were already working in Slack and had to jump out to a separate UI just to get a document signed. The core problem we wanted to solve was friction. Not in cryptography or compliance, but in the day-to-day workflow. Why does sending a contract still feel like filling out a form from the early 2000s? Our first idea was to "make a better UI." But as we built and talked to users, it became clear that the real improvement wasn’t another interface, it was removing the interface altogether. People don’t want to manage signature tools; they just want to say, “Send this to Sarah for signing” and have it happen. So the product evolved into a conversational AI that lives inside Slack and runs the entire e-signature flow: understanding intent, finding the right document and contact, detecting fields, assigning roles, sending requests, and following up automatically. DMs and @mentions became the natural trigger, because that’s how work already starts in real life. This launch is the result of many iterations on one simple question: "What if getting a document signed felt as easy as sending a message?" We’re excited to share it, learn from your feedback, and keep pushing toward a future where paperwork finally works at the speed of conversation.
