👋 Hi Product Hunt! I’m the maker of Aligned. I built the MVP of Aligned over the last few days (shoutout to "vibe-coding" with Cursor + Claude!) because I felt we were missing a dedicated layer of the internet for tracking opinions and values. We have GitHub for code and Strava for fitness, but for our actual beliefs, we mostly just shout at each other in comment sections. I wanted to build a place that creates a "map" of where we actually stand—and where we might be misaligned. 🚀 What makes it different? 🤖 AI as a Participant: This isn’t just a survey tool. AI votes alongside you. Every time a question is posted, the AI casts a vote and explains why. You can check your "Compatibility Score" to benchmark your values against the model. 📉 Quantified Opinion Drift: Social media is a snapshot of the present. Aligned tracks the history of your mind, letting you see exactly when (and why) you changed your stance on key issues. 🤝 Finding Common Ground: The app highlights questions where you and a rival might actually agree, helping you find the "crux" of a disagreement rather than fighting over generalizations. 🛠 The Stack & Source: Built with Next.js 15, Supabase, and Tailwind v4.
