Koyal turns any audio into end to end cinematic video in one go, with consistent settings, storylines and characters (including you). Unlike working directly with raw models and getting AI video slop, Koyal handles all the complexity agentically so you can focus on your story. You no longer need a camera to create a film.

@agarwalml Fresh take on auto-0generated visual content. Nice work!
Koyal
@osakasaul thanks, the aim is to actually meet filmmakers where they are with AI
Koyal
@osakasaul Glad you liked the idea, our idea is not to build an answer machine that gives you an output, but to build an interactive tool that fosters more creativity.
@agarwalml Blown away by the demo video!
Koyal
@himani_sah1Â Thanks! Our stack is fully agentic and we work with over 30+ SOTA models but use them intelligently to get the best prompt adherence and consistency in our scenes.
Would love for you to give it try!
Koyal
@himani_sah1Â thank you so much!!
Wow — love what Koyal is doing: turning any audio into full cinematic video with consistent characters, dynamic camera moves, and scene logic. Feels like filmmaking meets AI in a very intuitive way. How do you ensure character and visual consistency across long-form videos?
Koyal
@andywithbebop Great question! We do a lot of things to give SOTA character consistency including our CHARCHA or character captcha, that captures different profiles just like an actor’s profiles. We also do several post-processing steps to make sure our character faces in scenes are accurate!
Koyal
@andywithbebop would love for you to try it out!

Interesting. I got another idea. To create a YouTube video tutorial from the prompts. I usually learn best from the video, but ChatGPT and other tools create only text guidance. What about creating the video guidance?
Koyal
@busmark_w_nika Great idea! Will keep this in mind for the next launch. Meanwhile taking a audio lecture/ podcast from a source and visualizing it will also work!

Hey team, great launch! A suggestion: please put some relevant content on the login page of the app for new users.
Koyal
@chilarai thanks for the feedback? Could you explain what you mean by more relevant content on the page?
Like screenshots or gifs of the product?
Swytchcode
@agarwal_gauriI meant the login screen. The "Visit Website" button on your PH launch page takes me directly to the app login page, and since the login page has no context, I had to search for your main website to understand what the product does.
Adding a short intro, description, or even a few features of your app there would really help new users.
Koyal
@agarwal_gauri @chilarai noted!! will do.
We wanted to make it a frictionless experience to video generation but you're absolutely right. Some context would help!

@tanmay_goel1Â thank you so much for being a day -1 supporter!
Koyal
@tanmay_goel1Â haha check out the V2! Maybe we can do a before and after for the same video!
Just took a quick look at Koyal and it feels really impressive. I love the Pixar tactic, voice first to build the story and then decide what that looks like! I worked with a Pixar team on a resort project and this was exactly how we approached that concept. Cool to see an app that builds off of that strategy! Assuming Koyal delivers what it promises, I can see myself using this to experiment or iterate without slogging through the manual editing process. Excited to see how the platform grows, especially if they develop even more tools for customizing visual style. Congrats on the PH launch and best of luck!
Koyal
@just_s Thanks for the kind words and definitely appreciate you bringing up different visual styles! Every filmmaker wants to create not just a unique and original story but also a unique and original visual style of storytelling through their videos. Definitely something we are experimenting with for our V3 ;)

Recently an ex-Pixar Animator told us they’ve been spending 6+ weeks of desk time crafting a single AI short film: prompting every shot manually, fighting for consistency, and rebuilding scenes over and over.
We felt there had to be a better way.
Koyal is an agentic AI filmmaking platform that keeps all the creative controls filmmakers:
storyboarding, costume fitting, set design, production design, but without the slow, manual prompt-by-prompt workflow.
Koyal handles the hard parts:
Consistent characters across an entire film
Consistent environments + shot coherence
A stable, evolving storyline
Fully automated scene generation (no prompting each shot)
So you can focus on directing, not debugging prompts.
If you have feedback on what we can do better, would love to hear it below!

@agarwal_gauri Loving the consistent characters across an entire film, that alone would save so much time vs rebuilding scenes shot-by-shot, def curious to try.
Koyal
@polman_trudo Absolutely. You can try it for free at beta.koyal.ai
