Personalized Recovery Time – After every workout, get a clear recovery window based on intensity, sleep quality, and current stress—not generic "rest 48 hours" advice. Wellness Alerts – Catch when your baselines drift before you're actually sick or burnt out. Training That Lasts – Zone 2 tracking, max HR monitoring, and smart easy/hard mix to build durable fitness without redlining yourself constantly.
