Resumes don't reflect your true skill. Your value lies in the problems you solve, not the papers you hold. As you use your favorite AI models to solve problems, Xentree automatically builds and validates your skills.

What do you think? …

G. E. Bayu Alfian

Hey 👋 Xentree founder here.

Ever been rejected for a job because you didn't have a degree? Or as a leader, have you ever hired someone with a fancy degree but lacking actual skills? Both scenarios stem from the same root problem: a system that often values credentials over competence.

I'm a huge believer in merit, because without it:
❌ High skill, low position = Frustration.
❌ High position, low skill = Abuse of power.

The path to true merit is through a continuous, iterative problem-solving journey.

This brings me to a core principle from Ray Dalio: "Do all that you can to raise your productivity."

I'm launching Xentree v0.15 to help us focus on that problem-solving journey. It's an AI-powered tool designed to help you extract those experiences into tangible skills.

Thanks for your upvote. But more than that, I’m looking for your honest feedback and criticism to help shape this early version of Xentree into something people want.

Let's start the journey \o/

🚀 Quick Update: Xentree is Gaining Traction!

Hey everyone! I wanted to share some early stats from Xentree's launch week. The support from the Product Hunt community has been amazing, and I'm really excited to see how you're using what I built.

The data from September 30 - October 5 shows a great start and solid engagement:

  • Active Users: 55

  • New Users: 41

  • Avg. Engagement Time per Active User: 3m 29s

I'm particularly proud of that last number: 3 minutes and 29 seconds. This is just a beginning! It tells me that you’re not just signing up, but you’re actually spending quality time in Xentree. That's a strong indicator that the product is already providing real value.

What's Next for Xentree?

This early data is incredibly motivating me, and my focus going forward is clear:

  • Deepening Engagement: I'll be listening closely to all your feedback to add features that make that 3m 29s experience even better and more useful.

  • Sustaining Growth: Getting 41 new users in just a few days is a solid foundation. I plan to keep this momentum going by continuously improving the app.

Thank you so much to everyone who has tried Xentree and given feedback. Your support fuels my solo journey!

I’m already mapping out the next major feature update. What's the one thing you would change or add to Xentree right now? Let me know in the comments!
