Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Nayan, builder of Zer0 Email. This started as a selfish project. I'm a software engineer who was losing 2-3 hours every day to email. Newsletters I never read. Threads I should have replied to last Tuesday. The dread of opening Gmail on Monday morning. I tried Superhuman, Shortwave, and a dozen "AI inbox" tools. They all had the same problem: they're still inboxes with AI bolted on. You still have to sit there and triage. So I built something different. Zer0 Email processes Gmail in the background and auto-labels everything into the right shape - urgent, waiting on you, drafted and ready to send, safe to ignore, newsletters, follow-ups. By morning, you get a brief of what matters, and your full inbox is already organized when you open it. You can live in the brief, or live in the inbox. Either way, the sorting is done. A few things that surprised me while building this: - The hardest part wasn't the AI. It was Gmail's webhook reliability at scale. - Voice-matching matters more than reply quality. Users will trust an okay reply that sounds like them over a perfect reply that doesn't. - Labels people actually use look nothing like Gmail's defaults. We rebuilt the taxonomy from scratch.
