Y Combinator Research Lab - A non-profit research institution developed by YC

I love that YC is tackling this huge problem. As a former scientist, I'm super aware of how screwed up science is right now. This is a major step in the right direction and I think in addition to all the great tech that will result from this, another huge benefit will be pushing science away from valuing churning out papers and more towards empowering scientists to make major breakthroughs.
