Try your first freelance invoice in Woventri Free
Before you move your records to a new invoicing app, try one small job as a draft.
I’m Joel, Woventri’s founder. If you’re a freelance designer, writer or developer, here’s a way to see whether it fits how you bill clients:
1. Create a Free account: https://woventri.com.au/auth?mode=register&plan=free&start=invoice
2. Open Clients, choose Add Client and save one client.
3. Open Invoices, choose New Invoice, select the client and add a line for the work. For example, “Homepage design — milestone 1” tells the client more than “services”.
4. Review the amount and due date, then save the draft. Saving a draft does not send the invoice.
Free includes 2 invoices a month and up to 5 clients, with no payment card. You don’t need to import old records to try this.
There’s a captioned walkthrough with fictional data on the website: https://woventri.com.au/#demo
If you get stuck, contact Support from Woventri and tell us which screen or step caused trouble. We’ll help you get the draft saved. You can describe the problem without sharing client details.
