How should businesses measure ROI from AI teammates?

One thing I’m excited about with WonderfulAgent is the shift from “AI as a chatbot” to “AI as a teammate.”

For business users, the real value will come from measurable outcomes: faster sales follow-ups, quicker support resolution, reduced manual reporting, better recruiting workflows, cleaner operations, and lower dependency on repetitive human effort.

A question for the WonderfulAgent team: how are you thinking about ROI tracking for each agent? For example, will businesses be able to see time saved, tasks completed, response quality, workflow completion rate, escalations, and cost savings by department?

I think this could become a major differentiator because companies will not just want AI agents — they will want to know which agents are creating measurable business value.
