How do you decide when to go for a walk or run?

WalkiNova launches here tomorrow. Before that, I'm curious: do you check the weather first, go at a fixed time, or just go when you can? I built WalkiNova to score each hour of the forecast and suggest the best window inside your own hours. Would that change when you head out?
