Hi Product Hunt, I'm Alex, the solo founder of WAButton. I started it in September as a bootstrapped side project.

A WhatsApp link opens a conversation. A business may also need to know what the visitor wants and which contact should handle it. WAButton puts those choices in a website widget, while keeping replies in the WhatsApp app the business already uses.

For example, a service business can collect the visitor's requirements before the handoff. An online store can offer separate Sales and Support contacts. An agency can customize widgets for its clients. Multiple contacts start on Starter; saved lead forms and webhooks require Pro or Agency.

You can send saved enquiries to an endpoint you configure, such as an n8n workflow that updates a CRM or sends a notification. Those are webhook workflows, not included native CRM connectors. The visitor still chooses whether to send the WhatsApp message, so a saved enquiry doesn't prove a message was sent.

Free includes one button, one contact and 10,000 monthly visitors without a card. Starter is $9/month, Pro $19 and Agency $59. Paid plans offer a 14-day trial requiring a card.

If you handle business enquiries in WhatsApp, which details would you collect before opening the chat? I'd also like feedback on whether the contact choices and form add useful context or too much friction.
