VozyScribe - Turn long recordings into clean, actionable transcripts.

by
There’s no shortage of transcription tools, but we felt a specific gap was missing. Standard apps are often too simple for serious workloads, while enterprise software is bulky and inaccessible. We built VozyScribe to be the middle ground. It’s straightforward enough for anyone’s daily audio, but pack features like 4GB uploads, encrypted privacy, and timeline analysis specifically designed to help handle complex data like courtroom hearings.

The inspiration for VozyScribe came directly from a real-world problem. Someone with a legal background approached me asking for a good transcription tool to process their files, but as I searched the market, I realized existing apps failed heavily under professional workloads.I noticed three major gaps:Tiny limits: Most platforms immediately crash or block you when uploading heavy audio files of 4 to 5 hours.Flawed AI diarization: When two people talk over each other, automated speaker separation often fails, and existing tools offer no easy way to fix it.Clunky text editing: Managing, correcting, and navigating transcripts alongside the audio was painful and far from pleasant. As a developer who loves diving into new technologies, I wanted to build a straightforward middle ground. To solve the overlapping audio issue, I built manual editing features that allow users to easily split overlapping text segments, accurately identify speakers, and merge transcripts back together smoothly—all fully synced with the audio.I openly recognize the market is crowded, but VozyScribe was built to give regular users and courtroom analysts a tool that handles complex data gracefully, without corporate bloat.
