VeoChat - Transform YouTube videos into an interactive learning space.

I'm Tariq, founder of VeoChat.

I built VeoChat because I kept noticing the same thing: YouTube is one of the biggest sources of learning on the internet, but the format itself is passive. You watch, you scrub back and forth trying to find the part you needed, and nothing you learn actually turns into something you can study or test yourself on later.

So we built an interactive workspace for YouTube videos — you can chat directly with any video and get answers grounded to the exact timestamp, generate flashcards, visual summary slides, and comprehension quizzes automatically, and discover curated related learning material — all from a single video.

A bit about me: I've spent the last 5+ years building and shipping software as a developer and founder (12+ projects delivered through my dev studio, Shaheen Developers), and VeoChat is where I'm applying all of that to a problem I genuinely care about — making video-based learning something you actually retain, not just watch.

We're early, and this launch is really about getting VeoChat in front of people who learn from YouTube regularly — students, researchers, self-learners — and hearing what's missing.
