Uber for food, literally.
They piloted in LA and Barcelona

The menu seems to be fixed for a given day and they only support a few locations. I guess this approach is just a start and they will allow any merchant to onboard eventually but that would require a standalone app a la Seamless. I gotta say though that the one button approach has a nice feel to it but that is not necessarily incompatible with a full app.
As of today I'm both a Uber user and a *heavy* Seamless user and I don't intend to trade Seamless for UberEATS for now, specially because I'm kinda picky with food (hi mom!)
EDIT: Just got the product URL from the email campaign: http://ubereats.co/

Seems that they *deliver* on their promise of being fast – they carry a bunch of food in the car.
