We made TriggerMesh to provide a way to automate workflows between cloud services. For example, you could integrate data from Salesforce with your existing ERP system on premises. Or you could use TriggerMesh to ingest events from Apache Kafka and forward event data to your data lake on S3.
I've been lucky enough to have been using this integration for a while now inside TriggerMesh. It's real good. Now available!
