we kept seeing the same problem with Shopify brands: support teams were spending hours answering the same questions every day. where’s my order? can i change it? can i return it? can i get a refund? we started building tResolv to handle that repetitive work, but quickly realized that answering questions wasn’t enough. a useful support employee needs to understand the store, check real order data, and actually take action when needed. so the product evolved from an AI that could reply to an AI support employee that can read, reason, and resolve, while keeping humans in control of important actions. we built it around real support workflows rather than trying to build another generic chatbot.
