What would make a home workout app actually stick for you?

by•

Hi everyone, I’m the maker of Train at Home 👋

Most people I talked to stopped using workout apps for one of three reasons: the workouts were too hard (or too easy), they didn’t have the right equipment, or they got bored after two weeks.

So Train at Home builds a week-by-week plan around your goal, level, available time, and equipment. It only moves you up when your current level feels easy, and almost every move has an easier option.

Styles range from chair and low-impact to kettlebell, calisthenics, and HIIT, with an AI voice coach counting you through.

I’d love to hear from you:

  • What made you quit a workout app before?

  • Which workout style would you want added next?

  • Was anything confusing in the first few minutes of the app?

It’s free to try on Android, with iPhone coming soon.
