How do you handle repetitive Instagram DMs and comments today?

I’m trying to understand how creators and small businesses actually deal with Instagram DMs and comments day to day, so I’d love to hear from you, whether or not you use Tendrify.

When I started building this, the common pain points I kept hearing were:

• Typing “link in bio” or sending the same price/link over and over

• Missing DMs that come in overnight or from a different time zone

• Spam and scam comments on posts and ads

• Juggling separate tools for automation, leads, selling and scheduling

A few questions:

1. What’s your current setup? Manual replies, ManyChat, something else?

2. What’s the one repetitive task you’d most like to automate (comment-to-DM, FAQ replies, lead capture, booking calls)?

3. What worries you most about automation? Account safety, replies feeling robotic, pricing, something else?

4. If you could manage your automations just by chatting with an AI (we support Claude/ChatGPT via MCP), would you use that, or do you prefer a visual dashboard?
