Hey Product Hunt 👋 TellTide started because of a pretty simple problem I had with another product I was building. I needed somewhere for users to report bugs, request features, and tell me what wasn’t working. I looked at a bunch of feedback tools. Some were great, but I kept coming back to the same thought: I really don’t need all of this. I wanted something simple. A user sends feedback. I see it in one place. I understand what people are asking for. I decide what to work on. They can see whether it’s received, in progress, or delivered. And when something changes, they hear about it. So instead of adding another subscription to my already questionable collection of SaaS bills 😅, I started building my own. That became TellTide. The funny part is that I originally built it mainly for myself. But after using it, I started wondering if other solo founders and small teams had the same problem. So I kept working on it. Today, TellTide lets you collect feature requests and bug reports, embed a feedback widget directly inside your product, manage everything from an inbox, publish a public roadmap, let users vote and comment, and send updates when things move forward. I’ve also started thinking beyond just human-submitted feedback. More and more software is being used by AI agents, so TellTide now has an Agent API that allows agents and services to submit feedback programmatically too. There are still plenty of things I want to improve. TellTide isn't trying to become a massive platform with 100 features. I want the core loop to be really good: Listen → understand → build → update the people who asked for it. I'm building this mostly on my own, so feedback genuinely has a direct impact on what I work on next. If you try TellTide and something feels confusing, unnecessary, missing, or just bad, please tell me. That would actually be the most useful thing I could get from this launch. Thanks for checking it out. 🧡 And yes, TellTide itself is what I use to collect feedback about TellTide. 😄
