Canada offers real money to disabled people and their families, and almost none of it is claimed, because the paperwork is a maze. The DTC unlocks the RDSP, the RDSP unlocks grants and bonds, the CDB stacks on top, and every form assumes you already know the others exist. Talli is the map.
