🌍 Why did we start building TalkNWear?

Language barriers still make everyday conversations difficult whether you're traveling, visiting a hospital, attending a business meeting, or simply meeting someone who speaks a different language.

We believe communication should feel natural, not interrupted by pulling out a phone or typing into an app.

That's why we're building TalkNWear: an AI-powered wearable that aims to translate conversations in real time.

We're still early, and we'd love to hear:
When was the last time a language barrier affected you?
What features would make a translation wearable genuinely useful?

ABOUT TNW

We're currently in the prototype and validation stage. Right now, we have an early software translation pipeline and are actively testing real-time speech-to-speech translation performance.

The wearable hardware is still under development. Our current focus is validating user demand, improving translation quality, and refining the user experience before moving into full hardware production.

We're collecting early-access users and feedback to help shape the final product.

TalkNWear - Wear real-time AI translation — break language barriers

TalkNWear is a wearable AI translation device built for India and Southeast Asia — where 100+ languages collide daily and phone-based translators just don't cut it. What makes it different: • Always-on translation without pulling out your phone • Optimized for Indian and Southeast Asian language pairs (Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Bahasa, and more) • Sub-second latency using on-device + cloud hybrid AI • Built for real conversations — street markets, hospitals, classrooms, travel.
