Hey everyone! I'm John - I spent a good chunk of last year trying to find a clear, honest answer to "which tadalafil dose should I actually use?" and kept hitting the same wall: articles that either just list the doses with no real context, or are obviously written to push you toward buying something. So I wrote the guide I wished existed. It covers the actual differences between daily low-dose and on-demand use, what your kidney/liver health has to do with it, why a lower dose sometimes outperforms a higher one, and the specific situations where you really do need to go back to a doctor before adjusting. Nothing is paywalled, nothing is sponsored. Took about 6 weeks to put together properly. Would love to know if the daily vs on-demand section makes sense to someone reading about this for the first time - that was the hardest part to explain without getting too clinical. Any feedback welcome!
