Hi Product Hunt, I'm Carlos, co-founder of Synced. Scheduling with people outside your company usually starts with the same email: "What times work for you?" Then four replies, two time zones, one person on Google, another on Outlook, and a week gone. Synced handles the first step. Before you send an invite, you see when everyone is actually free, across companies and calendar providers. Then you book. It works at three levels: Anyone: send a booking link. They pick a time. No account needed. Your team on Synced: send one link with your whole team's overlap. Both sides on Synced: add each other as Trusted Contacts and book directly. No link at all. People only see where calendars overlap. Private event details stay private. Other ways to use it: • Slack: mention in any channel, ask for a time in plain English, pick a slot in the thread. • Claude: connect our MCP server and ask Claude to find a time and book it. • API: Node, Python, and cURL for anyone building scheduling into an app or agent.
