I built Killfear One, by Killfear Engineering, as the validation step for a GTM agent. Contact data gets passed between tools with no check on it, and bad numbers and addresses spread. It is one API with nine checks: phone validation, phone intel, email verification, email extras, email depth, IP intel, domain intel, signup risk and contact check. Email checks return SEND / SEND_WITH_CAUTION / DROP with a reason. Credits never expire. Bounce credit-back up to 5% of monthly credits.
What it does not do: live carrier data, or proving an inbox exists. A valid result means well formed, not that a person answers it.
There is a free try-a-check box on the page with no key. The beta gives 100 checks per key. The first request after idle can take about a minute.
