I built Sudoku69 because most sudoku sites grade puzzles by how many numbers are filled in, which is why a "hard" puzzle can feel easy and an "easy" one can stall you for ten minutes.

Here every puzzle is solved by a human-style solver first, and its level comes from the hardest technique it needs. So Easy means singles only, and Legendary means you will be reaching for chains.
