Can a non-AI product succeed in 2026?

Hey everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about this and I still can't say for sure.
So basically I've launched a product which is not AI, it has MCP and mentions a lot of stuff but the core positioning and idea is not about AI at all.
Do you think it's even possible to make a successful product without AI these days?

Absolutely! People still pay for solved problems and not for the number of times “AI” appears on the landing page 😅
If AI genuinely improves the product - use it. and if not, being useful is still a pretty strong business model.

@yogesh_builds Yeah, I kind of feel the same but it's hard to think of any recently successful product without AI in the name or description 😄
@gosen Could be just a PH bubble😅 I am sure there will be many successful non-ai product out there.
Yes, and a lot of the time the non-AI version is the better product.
In a flashcard generator tool I build, the AI writes the cards. But I pulled the formatting out of the model completely. Letting it write the CSV itself kept breaking on commas and stray quotes, and plain code gets that right every time. If a task has one correct answer, code wins.
The MCP part is the interesting bit for Stackness. It lets agents use the product without it being an AI product
