Building a heavy media editor entirely in the browser using WASM

Hey everyone! One of the biggest challenges when building SolveMyMedia was making sure heavy tasks (like video compression and AI transcription) could run smoothly without a backend server.

We used WebAssembly (WASM) and in-browser AI models (via Hugging Face) to make this happen. It was a tough journey to optimize the bundle size and memory usage, but the result is 100% offline privacy for users.

Has anyone else here experimented with heavy WASM applications? What were your biggest hurdles? I'd love to swap stories or answer any technical questions you have about our stack!
