What would you rehearse with an AI audience? Softrun launches Tuesday
Hi everyone, I'm Cyril, the maker of Softrun. We're launching on Product Hunt on Tuesday, September 15, and I'd love to open this forum with a question: what would you want to test before stepping in front of a real audience?
Softrun lets you rehearse a pitch, speech or stand-up set with an AI audience you build yourself. You can tailor the audience's size, ages, occupations and tone, then explore individual reactions, scores and suggestions to help shape your next draft.
On iPhone and Android, you can also record a take and review your pace, pauses and filler words. These are simulated reactions to help you revise; real audiences can still surprise you.
What would you rehearse first: a startup pitch, work presentation, wedding speech or something else? And what feedback would be most useful—where the message becomes unclear, where attention drops, or how your delivery sounds?
You can try Softrun at https://softrunapp.com/ or watch the walkthrough at
. The free plan includes 3 runs per month with up to 10 personas.I'd love to hear your use cases, questions and feedback as we get ready for launch.
