Launching on Product Hunt this Tuesday, but wanted to start a conversation here first.

The thing I kept running into while building this: most AI chatbots either try to handle everything themselves (frustrating when they clearly can't) or route to a human way too early (defeats the purpose of having AI at all). I wanted SmartChat AI Pro to actually know when to hand off answer the routine stuff instantly, but recognize when a real person needs to step in, and make that handoff live and smooth instead of a dead end.

Curious how others think about this balance as a user, what makes you trust (or distrust) a chatbot on a website? Is it speed, honesty about limitations, something else?
