My name is Daniel Masweko, and I am the founder of SkinScan TZ.

I created SkinScan TZ to help solve a growing challenge faced by many people in Tanzania: limited access to reliable skin care guidance and dermatology services. Many individuals struggle to identify skin conditions early, find trustworthy treatment information, or access specialist support without significant cost and travel.

SkinScan TZ is an AI-powered skin health platform that allows users to upload photos of skin concerns, receive AI-powered skin assessments, get personalized skincare recommendations, track progress over time, and access support from anywhere using a smartphone.

My vision is to make skin health support more accessible, affordable, and convenient for everyone.

What makes SkinScan TZ unique is its focus on African users, mobile-first accessibility, localized treatment guidance, and practical recommendations that fit the realities of everyday healthcare access.
