Skill Health checks the instructions in the Claude Code skills you use against the current docs of the software they're about. At the start of every session, it tells Claude what's true instead, with a source link. It edits a skill only if you approve. A Claude Code plugin plus a macOS menu bar app (macOS 27). Free and open source (Apache 2.0). Early: tested on one person's skills so far.
