What's the actual reason emails sit unanswered for you?

by

Not "I forgot" — I mean the emails you saw, understood needed a reply, and still let sit for days anyway. Curious what that's actually about for people.

For me it was almost never forgetting. It was more that important stuff got buried next to fifty things that didn't matter, so by the time I found it again, replying felt like it needed more energy than I had in that moment.

That's basically the whole reason I started building SignalAI — using AI to sort what's actually urgent from everything else, then texting me directly when something needs a real response, instead of hoping I'd notice it in the pile. Launching here on September 16th.

But genuinely curious first — what's the real pattern for you? Volume, dread, bad timing, something else?
