Sift - Assessments & Job Posting for the AI era

I was helping a friend hire engineers for his company and he wanted to do an online assessment before calling people for interviews. But the existing tools were not sufficiently testing skills like system design, code review and product thinking. They are also freaking expensive. So i built Sift so that companies can test candidates which give them the right signal an increase the chance of interviewing people with the right skillset instead of leetcode preparation.
