Turn Claude Code into your Shopify store operator (Open Source)

I’ve been building StoreHand, an open-source project that turns Claude Code into a Shopify store operator.

Instead of digging through multiple Shopify admin pages every morning, you can simply ask:

“How did the store do overnight?”

StoreHand will summarize new orders, failed payments, low-stock products, cancellations, and more—in plain English.

Some highlights:

• 🛡️ Read-only by default

• 🔒 No telemetry, no cloud, no account required

• 🧠 Built on Claude skills + Shopify CLI

• ✍️ Any write actions are explicit and require your approval

• 📖 Fully open source (Apache 2.0)

The repository is still evolving, with new skills being added regularly. My long-term goal is to build a hosted version for merchants who don’t want to use the terminal.
