Iβm building @work_streak, a platform focused on making hiring and skill verification more transparent, faster, and less frustrating for both companies and candidates.
The idea started from a simple observation:
Resumes donβt always show real skills, and hiring often becomes a long chain of guesswork, repeated interviews, and background checks.
Work-Streak is my attempt to fix parts of that journey through:

The goal is not to replace humans in hiring.
The goal is to help good candidates get recognized faster and help companies make better decisions with confidence.
