I’ve been building it alone for 11 months, and today strangers finally get to tear it apart.

No launch squad. No big audience. 5 friends said they’d take a look, and that’s pretty much the whole plan.

What I built is Mazer, an AI travel agent that doesn’t stop at the itinerary. It checks you in for your flight, replans your day when the flight slips, and calls the hotel in their language once you say yes. It lives on web, WhatsApp and Telegram.

Two questions while I wait and pretend I’m calm:

1. If you’ve launched here, what do you wish you’d done in the last few hours before going live?

2. When you see another AI travel app, what makes you scroll straight past?
