I watched authors get permanently banned from Amazon. So we built TikiRead

by

Hey everyone! My co-founder and I have been deep in indie author communities and kept seeing the same horror stories authors using review exchange platforms, getting flagged for review manipulation, and losing their Amazon accounts permanently. Reviews gone, books delisted, years of work undone overnight.

The problem wasn't the concept of review exchanges. It was how they were built. Direct swaps and credit loops are exactly what Amazon's bots are trained to catch.

So we built TikiRead, authors launch campaigns, readers earn points for honest reviews, no direct swaps between the same two people. Reviewers have to submit the full review text and live Amazon URL before getting any credit, with accountability built in at every step.

Free tier to try it out, launching officially on Product Hunt next Tuesday (June 23). Would love feedback from this community before then:

That's a thoughtful way to tackle review manipulation risks for authors...built-in accountability should make a real difference. If you're up for it, I'm launching on PH soon...would appreciate a follow (See "PRODUCT HUNT LAUNCH" Link in my profile). The Sponge is my AI flashcard app that turns any webpage into spaced repetition study material.

Appreciate that! Just followed your PH page for The Sponge sounds like a really useful tool, good luck with the launch. We're launching TikiRead on PH next Tuesday (June 23) if you want to check it out too, would love the support!

 Definitely 🚀
