I’m building a Chrome extension that lets you chat with the webpage you’re currently on.

The idea is simple: instead of copying text, taking screenshots, or switching tabs, you open a side panel and ask questions about the page directly.

I also added “skills”: reusable actions you can run on the current page, like summarize, grammar cleanup, explain simply, spreadsheet help, draft replies, or your own custom prompts.

I’m still working on the MVP and trying to figure out if people would actually use this as part of their browser workflow.

Would this be useful to you, or does it feel like something that sounds good but you would rarely open?
