Built RoundZero after getting laid off. Looking for honest feedback.

by•

Hey everyone,

I'm Farmaan, a solo founder from India. About four months ago I got laid off, and while applying for jobs I kept thinking about how much hiring has changed.

Candidates now have AI to tailor resumes and apply at scale. Companies, on the other hand, are spending hours reviewing applications and running first-round screening calls just to decide who deserves a real interview.

I thought there had to be a better way, so I started building .

The workflow is pretty simple:

  • Companies post a job.

  • Candidates apply normally.

  • Qualified candidates go through an adaptive AI interview.

  • The platform also evaluates communication through a voice assessment.

  • Recruiters receive an evidence-backed report before spending time on a live interview.

It's the first public version, so I'm expecting rough edges. I'd genuinely appreciate honest feedback, whether it's about the product itself, the onboarding, the UX, or even the idea.

If you're actively hiring and would like to try it with your team, I'd be happy to help you get set up personally.

Thanks for taking a look, and I'm happy to answer any questions about how it works or how I built it.
