Building PSI-G: designing daily practice without turning it into a streak game

by

I am building PSI-G, a World App Mini App for guided meditation and AI reflection.

The product question I am working through is simple: how do you show that a daily practice is growing without making it feel like a productivity score?

We are testing a visual Light Orb that develops through return and care, rather than a public streak or leaderboard. The aim is to give people a gentle sense of continuity without punishing an imperfect week.

For makers who have built habit, wellness, or reflection products: what has helped users come back voluntarily? And what kind of progress signal became counterproductive?

I would value concrete examples, especially from products that avoid gamification.
