I’m Miles, indie developer behind SAG. After launching the basic SearchLens earlier this year, I kept getting the same feedback: “Great analysis, but now what?”
So I spent the last months turning it into a real platform. 2.0 adds the “do” part — code fixes, monitoring, benchmarking, and AI content tools.

The product covers an actual need. I've already created an account and tried it. I like how it's showing metrics and an action plan to improve each of them.

And surprisingly the suggestions are solid!
I put a link to an article I quickly wrote in my startup blog "How to increase your chances of finding an entry-level job or a freelance project?" and one of the suggestions was:

Content is too brief and lacks depth.
Expand article content significantly, elaborating on each piece of advice with actionable steps, examples, and detailed explanations.

Which is correct because there are only 2 sentences in the article and 3 pieces of advice.

The challenge is:
you're not the fist or second who launched a tool for SEO, GEO analysis and integrated AI. Do you have resources to compete with the growing competitors?
Have you checked what famous tools like Ahrefs are doing right now? (spoiler: they also utilize AI).

I doubt you can compete with them. Therefore, one of the appropriate strategies is a niche strategy: tailor your product to a specific niche and/or country (for example, translate it into Spanish and target solo-startup founders who don't have money to hire an SEO specialist AND only in one country — Spain). You'll have to know then all the intricacies of the day-in-the-life of a solo startup founder and Spanish-oriented SEO, GEO like nobody else to win the competition.
