Scrymz - AI match scanner + points table maker for esports Organizers

by•
Point table calculation involves manual hours from tournament organizers in checking point tables, training new employees using spreadsheet, and matching screenshots line by line. Scrymz automates everything. Upload your match screenshots > AI scans teams' name, kills, and placements > matches screenshot with slot list > point table generated in seconds. Series mode allows for combining the results of multiple matches into one point table automatically. Works on BGMI and PUBG Mobile for Now.

Hey PH 👋 I created Scrymz after watching esports organizers – people managing 20-team BGMI competitions every day – waste hours battling against their spreadsheets instead of running the tournament. The problem that no one talks about: every time you onboard a new member, you have to spend a week training him on how not to mess up the points table formula. One mis-click and the entire night's work goes down the drain. Scrymz optimizes the entire workflow – copy your WhatsApp registrations, import your match screenshots, and our AI will do the rest. The standings, the graphics, the export to Excel, all done for you. We begin with the grassroots scrim community of India – possibly the most active and most neglected competitive gaming scene in the world. If you have ever been stuck trying to explain a WWCD tie-breaker at 2 AM, your feedback would mean the world to us.

how well does the AI actually handle messy or cropped screenshots from older tournaments, and what happens when a team name is partly cut off or misspelled in the image?

How does the AI handle cases where the team names in the screenshot are slightly different from what's in your slot list, like abbreviations or typos?

The way you extract team names, kills, and placements straight from a screenshot without needing a clean template is genuinely impressive. Saves me so much time during tournaments.

this is a real time saver for tournament hosts, especially the series mode for stacking multiple matches. one thing that would make it even better is letting organizers export the final point table directly as a PDF or image so they can share results on discord or whatsapp without having to screenshot it manually. would love to see that in a future update
