When did social media management become a full-time job?
That was the question we kept asking ourselves while growing Aigentifyable.
We wanted to consistently share what we were building, engage with our audience, and grow our brand across LinkedIn and X platforms.
It sounded simple.
In reality, every post turned into a surprisingly long process.
One idea became two different versions for different platforms. We'd spend time tweaking the wording, finding the right tone, figuring out when to publish, and then jumping into another tool to schedule everything. Once the posts were live, we'd check analytics but still had to figure out why something performed well and what to do differently next time.
None of these tasks were particularly difficult on their own.
Together, they became a workflow that consumed hours every week.
That's when we realized we didn't need another tool to schedule posts, we needed a tool that could help with the entire process.
So we built ScoutSocial.
Instead of focusing only on publishing, ScoutSocial supports the entire content creation process. It starts with inspiration, allowing you to connect websites, documents, and other knowledge sources so AI can generate ideas grounded in your business and industry. From there, it drafts platform-specific content in your brand voice by learning your style, gives you full control to review and refine every post, recommends the best times to publish, schedules content across your channels, and provides insights that help you continuously improve your strategy over time.
We're launching on Product Hunt in a few days. I'm curious how others approach this.
What's the part of social media management that still feels unnecessarily manual?
Coming up with content ideas?
Writing for different platforms?
Keeping a consistent brand voice?
Scheduling and publishing?
Understanding what's working?
Something else entirely?

I'd genuinely love to hear how you manage your workflow today and what you think the next generation of social media tools should do better.
